Backorder Status

What's Happening Now:

A batch of units is currently at our powder coating supplier (dropped off on 5/8/2025). While their estimated timeline is 1-2 weeks, we typically receive items back within one week. Once returned, we will immediately begin assembly, quality control, and shipping all orders.

Shipping Estimates:

We expect all orders to begin shipping May 15 to May 23. We will adjust live here instantly if we get any news of any changes.  Currently all units are at our powder coating service supplier. 

Important Notes:

• All orders ship in sequence from oldest to newest. More recent orders may ship 1-3 business days after the "begin shipping" date as we work through the queue.
• We occasionally receive bulk orders from police, military, government agencies, and universities, which may extend processing times to 2-3 business days.
• We never compromise on our quality control checks to ensure you receive the best possible product.

NO Backorder or delays! Many orders ship next day, however it could be up to 2-3 business days after the day you placed the order.  When often have bulk police, military, govt, university orders in that case it will be 2-3 business days after the day of your order.  In those cases we are working hard and all orders large or small are shipped in order from oldest to newest.
