WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS?

ARmA15 stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase.  Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.

If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price.

If you find a newly purchased ARmA15 product unsatisfactory for any reason we will accept it back within 30 days of date receved (via tracking) for a full refund or exchange for another item(s).  Items returned must be in like new condition. However, in either case, return and/or redeliver shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you ever experience an issue with a ARmA15 product at any time, please contact us directly and we’ll do everything reasonable to help you.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return, please take the following steps:

  • BEFORE returning any products please contact us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package.  Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.
  • Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the firearm and usage environment for defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well.
  • Must be Returned (Delivered) within 30 Days of the time you Recieved (Via Tracking) for full refund.  
  • Wrap the item with quality padding and place in an appropriate box for shipping.  We recommend insuring your shipment and obtaining tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.  If return is damaged due to shipping carrier you must file with your shipping insurance company to collect on insurance claim.  We can not return/refund products that are not in like new resalable condition.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Refund or changes before shipment?

  • If an incomplete/incorrect address was given by mistake we can make an address change prior to shipment.  Please contact via email with name, full correct address including city state and zip.  Where we can copy and paste to ensure no errors or typos on our end. 

  • Should you need to cancel an order before it is shipped you will be refunded the amount minus 4% which is a fee from our credit card processor.  The 4% is charged to us when any sale is made and when a return is done our credit card process doesnt refund us the 4% we are still charged it.  This is 4% or 4 dollars for every hundred dollars spent.
