NO Backorder or delays! Many orders ship next day, however it could be up to 2-3 business days after the day you placed the order.  When often have bulk police, military, govt, university orders in that case it will be 2-3 business days after the day of your order.  In those cases we are working hard and all orders large or small are shipped in order from oldest to newest.   

• Please refrain from calling and emailing on status checks as this takes us away from assembly and shipping units. 
• We will answer the phone and reply to all emails but if its a status check you will be pointed to this page as it will be kept up to date with the latest info we have.  If something changes we update within minutes of new info.

All orders ship in order oldest first but more recent orders may ship a 2-3 business days after the begin ship date given in chart below as it takes many days to assemble, package and ship the hundreds of orders in that specfic batch.  We never skip our Quality and control checks, please bear with us we are working hard on your order.

Whats going on? Updates here:

Waiting on batch to return from powder coating supplier then we can assemble and ship all units out. 

Currenlty on backorder, we had a large bulk order that wiped out inventory.  We currently have a very large batch welded, waiting in line at our powder coating supplier to be completed Oct 25 to 31st.  Once done we can assemble and ship in same or next day.  Sorry for delay.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS?

ARmA15 stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase.  Our products are fully warranted against defects and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.

If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price.

If you find a newly purchased ARmA15 product unsatisfactory for any reason we will accept it back within 30 days of date received (via tracking) for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee, or exchange for another item(s).  Items returned must be in like new condition. However, in either case, return and/or redeliver shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.  Shipping amounts wont be refunded.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

If you ever experience an issue with a ARmA15 product at any time, please contact us directly and we’ll do everything reasonable to help you. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

To make a return, please take the following steps:

• BEFORE returning any products please contact us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package.  Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.
• Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return (including, if applicable, information about the firearm and usage environment for defective returns). Please include a copy of the receipt if possible as well.
• Must be Returned (Delivered) within 30 Days of the time you Received (Via Tracking) for refund minus 10% restock fee.  
  
• Wrap the item with quality padding and place in an appropriate box for shipping.  We recommend insuring your shipment and obtaining tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.  If return is damaged due to shipping carrier you must file with your shipping insurance company to collect on insurance claim.  We can not return/refund products that are not in like new resalable condition.
  
• Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. You should allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  

Refund or changes before shipment?

• If an incomplete/incorrect address was given by mistake we can make an address change prior to shipment.  Please contact via email with name, full correct address including city state and zip.  Where we can copy and paste to ensure no errors or typos on our end. 

• Should you need to cancel an order before it is shipped you will be refunded the amount minus 4% which is a fee from our credit card processor.  The 4% is charged to us when any sale is made and when a return is done our credit card processor doesn't refund us the 4% we are still charged it. 
  

Email is often easiest.  If we miss your call always send us an email. Most of the time we can respond to Emails within minutes.   

We will answer sales/install questions via phone and other questions. It's easiest via email often times we are in the shop where its difficult to take a call due to noise and will direct you to shoot us an email if it is something that requires us to use the computer such as status checks, address changes, etc.  

1. We expect all orders to go out in 3 business days after your order.   
2. Automated Tracking info is emailed instantly when we print the shipping label, it goes to email provided and also check spam/bulk folder.
3. Longer than 3 business days? In the rare unexpected event something happens and it takes longer than the 3 business days check our "backorder" page.  Phone/email status checks pulls us away from welding,manufacturing, QC checks, assembly, shipping so we post everything directly on "backorder" page for all to see instantly. It is far faster & easier for you and us.  The minute anything changes we update the "backorder" page.  This is rare we dont expect it but sometimes it happens and you deserve to know whats going on.
   
4. Emails us please if you ever need any help with : Install, tech support, orders etc.  We are always happy to help.  If its a status check for any reason always check spam and then our backorder page.  Thanks!
