USPS shipping & tracking
When your shipping label is created, a tracking email is sent to the email address on your order. A tracking number can appear before USPS has scanned or received the package. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.
If a backorder occurs
We post all backorder status updates here, including estimated shipping dates and any changes as new information becomes available. A posted backorder estimate takes priority over our normal in-stock processing timeframe. Backorders are assembled and shipped in the order they were placed, oldest first.
