ARmA15, based in Eagle, Idaho, operates this online store. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the site, place an order, use an account, submit a review, or contact us.
Information collected
When you place an order, we collect the information entered at checkout, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number if provided, order details, and any order notes. Guest checkout is available, and creating a customer account is not required. You may choose to create an account from our My Account page, including through the optional link offered after a successful guest purchase. Registration uses your email address, and we send a password-setup link by email. Account information supports login, saved contact and shipping details, and orders associated with your account. Creating an account does not enable saved payment cards.
When you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter so we can respond and help with your request. If you submit a product review, your review and displayed name may be published. Please do not include private contact information in a public review, or send full card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the contact form.
The site and its service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring links, and interactions with store features. This supports site operation, security, fraud prevention, and traffic measurement.
How information is used
Order and contact information is used to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, provide order updates, respond to questions, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Technical and activity information helps operate the cart and checkout, diagnose problems, and understand how visitors use the store.
Payments, hosting, shipping, and support
Payments are processed through PayPal. Even when card fields appear directly on our checkout page, payment information is processed by PayPal. ARmA15 does not store full credit or debit card numbers or card security codes in its WordPress store. Saved-payment features are disabled. The store receives order and transaction information needed to manage the purchase; please review PayPal’s privacy statement for its handling of payment data.
We use Bluehost for website hosting and business email, WordPress and WooCommerce for the store, and service providers involved in payment processing, website operation, email delivery, and shipping. Information needed to perform those services is processed by the relevant provider. We use ShipStation to manage fulfillment and shipment notifications, and USPS to deliver packages. Customer names, shipping addresses, contact details, and order information needed for fulfillment are shared with these providers. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet legal obligations, address payment disputes, or protect against fraud.
Cookies, analytics, and embedded videos
Cookies and similar browser storage support the shopping cart, checkout session, login, preferences, and order attribution. Jetpack and Automattic services provide site statistics and related store functionality. See Automattic’s privacy policy for more information.
Our video players can display videos hosted by YouTube. Embedded videos may connect to the video provider, use cookies or similar technologies, and collect viewing or device information, including when you are signed in to that provider. See Google’s privacy policy.
Google reCAPTCHA is used where enabled to help protect forms and payment features from abuse. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the cart, checkout, login, or video player from working. This site does not currently treat a browser’s Do Not Track signal as an automatic instruction to disable all third-party services; use your browser and provider privacy controls where available.
Retention and your requests
The store’s current settings do not automatically expire order and account records. Records can remain available for order support, accounting, tax, and dispute handling. Contact messages remain in our business email records unless removed. Service providers maintain their own retention practices.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by ARmA15. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction-related reasons. Any rights available under applicable privacy law remain available to you.
Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. We may update this policy when the site or its information practices change; the updated date will appear above.
